At this time we don’t offer exchanges, but we do offer returns for store credit! If you've bought Canada Pooch products from an authorized seller, please return the item to the place of purchase for potential store credit. Each seller has its unique return policy, and Canada Pooch can only process a refund or credit for purchases made directly through Canada Pooch.



When initiating a return, you can access a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return. Please be aware that returns are only accepted within 15 days from the initial delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Items should be clean and free of dog hair, and all garments are subject to inspection. Good news! Returns for store credit will receive an additional $5 in credit added to their gift card.



For items like face masks and toys, we regret to inform you that they are considered final sale, and we cannot provide a refund or store credit for these purchases. Additionally, we currently do not offer price adjustments. Regarding our new Weight Calm Collection, we understand that it may take time to fully appreciate the benefits of our calming products. Therefore, we are pleased to offer a flexible return policy. For more details, please reach out to our customer experience team.

If you’ve purchased your Canada Pooch products from an authorized seller - please return your product to the place of purchase for a return. Each seller has their own set of return policies and Canada Pooch is only able to refund, exchange, or credit a purchase if it was made directly through Canada Pooch.

Once you initiate a return, you can instantly download a prepaid shipping label, and instructions to return your item(s). Once we've received your item(s), you will receive your refund or store credit.

  • Returns and Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery

  • A return for a refund to your original payment method will be subject to a return shipping label charge of $7.
