INTRODUCTION

By participating in the Canada Pooch x WAGLAB Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Official Rules”). Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The entry period will commence on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and end on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the applicable age of majority if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in their respective jurisdiction, and who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law.

The Sweepstakes is expressly void in Quebec and where otherwise prohibited by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a Prize: (a) employees, officers, and directors of Canada Pooch, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertisers, marketing and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotional materials, and representatives; and (b) members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, or spouses) of any person listed in (a), as well as individuals living in the same household as any person listed in (a), regardless of familial relation.

All applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Canada Pooch, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must complete and submit the official online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

The entrant must provide the information requested on the entry form, including a valid email address, and click the applicable submission button to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be received by Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT.

PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of The Full Stack from WAGLAB and a Canada Pooch gift card in the amount of $200 CAD (Canadian Dollars), redeemable on the Canada Pooch website.

The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions will be provided except at the sole discretion of Canada Pooch.

SELECTION OF WINNER

Within seven (7) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Canada Pooch will conduct one (1) random draw for the Prize from among all eligible entries received.

One (1) entrant will be randomly selected as a potential winner and notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The odds of being selected as the potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received by Canada Pooch.

If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) business days, declines the Prize for any reason, or does not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, as determined by Canada Pooch, the potential winner may be disqualified. At Canada Pooch’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may then be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries, or the Prize may be cancelled.

WINNER REQUIREMENTS

To be declared the winner, a potential winner:

1. Must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Canada Pooch;

2. Must comply with these Official Rules;

3. Must sign and return, within the designated time period, any documentation reasonably required by Canada Pooch, which may include a standard release of liability and consent to publicity form; and

4. May be required to provide proof of identification to confirm eligibility or to claim the Prize.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) business days or is found to be ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

PRIVACY

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to Canada Pooch collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including contacting and verifying potential winners, in accordance with Canada Pooch’s privacy policy.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE

Canada Pooch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, subject to applicable law and without prior notice.

In the event of termination, Canada Pooch may, at its discretion, conduct a random draw from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Canada Pooch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, except where prohibited or limited by applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by applicable law.
